Q:How do I save money using this program?

A:Siriani Freight Savings Plans enable you to control your operating expenses by reducing your inbound and outbound freight costs. Your Freight Savings Plan discounts are applied when you ship or receive packages billed to your carrier accounts.

Q:Can I use the program on my inbound freight?

A:Absolutely. When you place your order, simply tell your vendor to ship it "Freight Collect" via your carrier of choice. Often, when you allow vendors to route your shipment you are charged the full list rate. By taking control of your shipment routing, and paying the carrier directly, you will only be billed the discounted rate from your carrier. This can add up to thousands of dollars of savings over the course of a year.

Q:What are the requirements for participation?

  • As long as you are a current member of a participating association, you are eligible to save with our Freight Savings Plan.

Q:What if I already have accounts established with one of the carriers?

A:If you already have an account with a carrier, that's fine. We work with each carrier to ensure that you are only linked to our Freight Savings Plan if it is to your advantage. If you don’t have an account, we will get one for you and link it to your Freight Savings Plan discounts.

Q:Can I still use other carriers?

Yes. Even after enrolling, you are free to use any carrier that you feel is appropriate. Siriani's carrier group is selected so that you receive the highest level of service and reliability at the best possible rate.

Q:I don't ship much. Can I still use the program?

A:Even if you're not a big shipper, you can still save money! You are not obligated to maintain a set shipping volume so why not save money on what you do ship? Remember, this is a free program!

Q:Who should I call for a rate quote?

A:The choice is always yours but we suggest that you call Siriani. Our job is to ensure you get the service level you need at the lowest possible price. We will rate your shipment with all our carriers and let you know your options. Time is money and we want you to save on both.

Q:Are there any fees to participate?

A:Siriani does not charge any fees for you to participate in our programs. However, you are still subject to all the standard carrier rules and tariffs.

Q:I don't know my rates. What if they are better?

A:Upon enrolling, we submit your account information to each of the carriers. If your current pricing is better, the carrier will not link you to our program. Our goal is to ensure that you receive the best possible pricing for your company.

Q:Why should I choose Siriani?

A:Siriani is a federally-licensed freight broker and has been in business since 1982. We pioneered the concept of managed freight savings plans to help small businesses stay competitive.

Q:How do I get started?

A:It's easy to get started! Click on our Client Login tab at the top of the page, click the Registration Form button on the right of the page and you will see our online enrollment form. Simply complete the online application, review and agree to the Terms & Conditions and click the Register button at the bottom of the page. That's it! Your application will be processed and we will we will notify you by email when you can start shipping and saving with your new discounted rates.
