FedEx Recognized for Environmental Stewardship

FedEx Express Canada was presented with the 2009 Eterne Award by Tree Canada. This is a national award given to an outstanding sponsor of Tree Canada to recognize their environmental stewardship and commitment to improving the lives of Canadians through greening and reforestation projects.
The award was presented to FedEx Express Canada president David Binks at a FedEx sponsored school greening event at Featherston Drive Public School in Ottawa, Ontario. Team members from our local FedEx station were also on site to assist with the tree planting.
